Woodford Pudding
Woodford Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. blackberry jam, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter until light, then gradually add both sugars. Beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in the jam. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add milk and flour mixture alternately, beating well after each addition.
When mixture is smooth, pour into a greased and floured 10-inch square or similar capacity pan and bake in a preheated 350Β° oven 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm with Bourbon Sauce.
