"Wood Chuck" Chicken Casserole
"Wood Chuck" Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans mushroom soup, 1 small jar old english cheese, 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, chopped into small pieces, dash of onion juice and 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat and stir in double boiler the soup, Velveeta cheese and Old English cheese.
In separate pan, boil for 8 minutes the celery, pimientos, olive, green pepper and onion juice.
Drain and add to double boiler along with chicken and heat to serving temperature.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
