Rinse sauerkraut once before cooking with tap water.
Combine with Pignuckles in pot big enough that both are covered with fresh water.
Then cook for 1 hour until Pignuckles are done.
One-half hour before sauerkraut is done, put potatoes on stove and cook. After 1 hour, take Pignuckles out; combine 1 tablespoon flour with water and stir until smooth.
Spoon under sauerkraut, wine and Pignuckles.
Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
Potatoes should be done by now.
Discard water; serve and enjoy!
