Wine Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. eye of sirloin, boned, salt and pepper, little olive oil and 1/4 pt. dry red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 425°.
Brush meat with olive oil.
Rub salt and pepper over meat.
Pour wine over meat.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
