Wilted Spinach Mandarin
Wilted Spinach Mandarin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh spinach, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 c. bean sprouts, 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Separate spinach into leaves.
Swish in cold water.
Repeat several times with fresh cold water to remove sand and grit.
Pat dry with paper towels.
To remove stems from spinach leaves, fold each leaf in half.
Pull stem toward top of leaf; discard stem. Blot any moisture from leaves with paper towels.
