Wild Rice Salad
Wild Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. wild rice, cooked, 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed, 3/4 c. cauliflower, cut in small pieces, 3/4 c. broccoli, cut in small pieces and 1 green pepper, cut in small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook rice for 8 minutes; rinse well.
Add 3 chicken flavored bouillon cubes to fresh water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes more. Drain and let cool.
Mix all ingredients together, adding S & W white wine and herb vinegar lo-cal dressing to taste.
