Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 can beef consomme, 1 can onion soup, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained and 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place soups and butter in 2 1/2-quart casserole and place in 350° oven until butter is melted.
Add water chestnuts, mushrooms and rice with seasonings.
Stir to mix and return to 350° oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
