Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, uncooked, 1 c. american cheese, diced, 1 c. tomatoes, 1/4 c. oil and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Rinse rice; drain well.
Drain tomatoes, mushrooms and olives and save juices to use for 1 1/2 cups boiling liquid needed.
Add all ingredients; mix well. Place in 2-quart casserole with a lid (spray with oil first).
Bake at 375Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Keep covered or it will be too dry.
