Wild Blueberry Crisp
Wild Blueberry Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. wild blueberries, fresh or frozen, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1 c. apples, peeled and diced and 1 c. butter or margarine (2 sticks), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine blueberries, apples, sugar and lemon. Place in an 8x8x2 inch pan.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, pecan pieces and rolled oats in a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Spread mixture over blueberries.
Bake at 325Β° until topping is golden and filling bubbles, about 65 minutes for frozen berries and 45 minutes for fresh.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
