Whole Wheat Cottage Cheese Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Thoroughly stir together 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, yeast and soda.
Heat together cottage cheese, water, sugar and butter or oil and cook just until warm, stirring constantly to melt oil or margarine.

Beat at low speed or by hand for 3 minutes, or enough to make a stiff dough.
On floured surface knead until smooth, 8 to 10 minutes.
