White Fudge
White Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 cups white sugar, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 tbsp. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, salt, sour cream, milk, butter and corn syrup in a heavy 2 quart pan.
Stir over moderate heat until sugar dissolves and mixture reaches a boil.
Boil to soft ball, 238 degrees.
Allow to stand to 110 degrees about an hour.
Add vanilla and beat until it begins to lose its gloss (requires little beating).
Quickly stir in nuts and turn into oiled pan.
Let stand until firm, cut.
