White Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, milk, water and salt; heat to a boil over moderate heat.
Brush sides of pan with wet pastry brush to remove sugar crystals, stirring frequently to soft ball stage (236Β°).
Add butter and vanilla.
Cool at room temperature, without stirring, until lukewarm.
Beat until mixture holds its shape.
Add marshmallow cream.
Beat until thick.
Spread in greased pan.
