White Fruit Cake
White Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. baking powder, 5 large eggs, 1/2 lb. butter, 1 c. sugar and 2 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Butter and sugar.
Add well beaten
Chop nuts and fruit.
Mix with part flour and baking powder and add to butter and egg mixture.
Grease pan and brown paper. Grease paper only on bottom of pan.
In cold oven and bake for 30 minutes at 300Β°, then turn to for 2 1/2 hours. Makes a 5 pound cake.
For a more moist
1 cup jelly.
