White Clam Sauce
White Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 15 to 20 clams, chopped, 3 or 4 garlic buds, finely chopped, 1/4 c. water and 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oil and garlic in skillet until lightly browned.
Stir in slowly, water, parsley and oregano; add slowly, clams and juice. Cook until clams are heated through.
Serve hot on cooked spaghetti or macaroni.
