White Chocolate Cake
White Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. white chocolate (almond bark), 1/2 c. hot water, 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar and 4 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt chocolate in hot water and cool.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Mix in 4 egg yolks, one at a time, beating well. Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
Combine flour and soda and add alternately with buttermilk to chocolate mixture.
Do not overcream.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Stir in pecans and coconut.
Bake in 3 greased and floured 8-inch round cake pans.
Bake in 350Β° oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool in pans.
