Pour dressing over meat; cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Drain, reserving marinade.

In Dutch oven, brown meat over low heat.

Add marinade and 2 cups water.

Cover and simmer 2 hours.

Add vegetables and continue to simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Gradually add remaining water to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture to hot meat and vegetables, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.

Simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
