Welsh Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. salad oil, 4 eggs, 1 large can pumpkin and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large bowl, cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix well.
