Warm Sweet Potato Chips
Warm Sweet Potato Chips is an easy dinner. Made with 3 sweet potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, 3/4 tsp. dried oregano, 1/4 tsp. dried basil and pinch of ground cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 475Β°.
Slice the potatoes thin in rounds and toss them well with the olive oil.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the rounds out in a single layer.
Bake until the chips are cooked through and beginning to crinkle at the edges, about 15 minutes.
Toss with the oregano, basil and pepper and serve at once.
