Walter Mack's Famous Beer Batter
Walter Mack'S Famous Beer Batter is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. beer, 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1/4 stick butter, melted, salt and pepper to taste and 2 egg whites, beaten stiff, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first 4 ingredients together, fold in 2 egg whites. Batter should be consistency of pancake batter.
If too thin, add more flour.
If too thick add more beer.
Use to batter fish, chicken, broccoli, etc., for frying.
