Walnut-Raisin Bread
Walnut-Raisin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and orange juice.
Beat well.
Add 1/3 cup of flour mixture. Beat until smooth.
Mix in remaining flour mixture and the pineapple.
Stir in raisins and walnuts.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 70 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Yields 1 loaf.
