Waldorf Salad Drop Cookies
Waldorf Salad Drop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar (light), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a medium-size bowl, stir together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
In large bowl of electric mixer at medium speed beat together sugar, mayonnaise, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour mixture and at low speed beat until smooth.
Stir in the apples, walnuts and celery.
Drop by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven until lightly brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
Makes about 4 dozen.
