Vitality Bread
Vitality Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oatmeal, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1/2 c. all-bran (bran buds), 3 tbsp. corn meal and 1 tbsp. wheat germ, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix the first 9 ingredients.
Put on low heat until almost boiling; it will get real thick.
Add 1 cup warm water and 1/2 cup flour; let cool to lukewarm.
Add this mixture that has been sitting, the yeast and 1/2 cup warm water.
Add the remaining flour.
Knead on oiled board until glossy.
Place in oiled bowl; cover.
Set in warm place until double in size.
Punch and knead; put into 3 greased pans.
Let double.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
