Virginia'S Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans franco-american macaroni and cheese (14 3/4 oz. each), 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained (squeeze all moisture out, 10 oz.), 1 bunch small green onions, chopped, 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded and 2 cans onion rings for top (2.8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
