Vidalia Onion Casserole
Vidalia Onion Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large vidalia onions, sliced or chipped, 8 to 10 saltines, 3 tbsp. canned milk, margarine and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onions in margarine until soft but not brown.
Roll out crackers and put in skillet with melted margarine.
Layer buttered crumbs, onions and grated cheese in casserole, ending with crumbs on top.
Sprinkle canned milk over top.
