Vicki's Ginger Soy Chicken
Vicki'S Ginger Soy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler, cut up (or thighs), 1 tbsp. cooking sherry, 1 large garlic clove, crushed, 1/2 c. lite soy sauce and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
