Vi'S Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1 sq. butter or 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put this in frypan butter melted, add flour. Cook until flour, butter and water have formed a ball. Place in a dish and add 1 egg at a time until 4 eggs have been beaten into the mixture.
Drop from spoon on ungreased baking sheet.
In hot oven at 425° for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 20 minutes longer.
