Vermont Sweet Potato Casserole
Vermont Sweet Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can sweet potatoes, 1/2 c. vermont maid syrup, 3 tbsp. evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Drain sweet potatoes well.
Place in large mixing bowl.
Beat with electric mixer until well mashed and smoothly blend in syrup, evaporated milk and butter.
Pour into greased baking dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake in a 375Β° oven for 15 minutes. Marshmallow should be golden brown.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
