Venison Stroganoff
Venison Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground lean venison, 1/2 c. minced onion, 1/2 c. celery, 1/2 c. butter and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Stir in ground venison, mushrooms, seasonings and flour; saute 5 minutes.
Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes more.
Stir in sour cream.
