Venison Meat Loaf
Venison Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground venison, 1/2 lb. ground sausage (any kind), 1 egg, 1/2 to 3/4 pkg. crackers, crushed and 1/4 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Use 1/2 can tomatoes and mix all ingredients together.
Form into a loaf.
Put in a cake pan or glass baking dish and cover with remaining 1/2 can of tomatoes.
Cover with tinfoil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Check halfway through to be sure meat is not burning.
Add some water to pan if getting too dry.
