Venison Jerky
Venison Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with lean venison, cut into strips, 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. hot sauce and 2 tbsp. crushed red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine all ingredients and let set overnight in Ziploc bag. Preheat oven to 200Β°.
Put a layer of aluminum on bottom rack. Place strips of meat over bars on top rack.
Prop oven door open 1 to 2 inches.
Jerky takes 6 to 10 hours to bake.
