Venison Jerky
Venison Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. lean venison, ground, 3 tsp. accent, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tsp. pepper and 1 oz. liquid smoke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend all ingredients well; roll between wax paper sheets. Take off top sheet and brush meat with 1 ounce liquid smoke diluted with 1 ounce of water.
Place in oven on wire racks.
Dry partially at 160Β°, then remove paper.
Place back on wire racks and dry for another 3 to 4 hours.
Cut as desired.
