Venison Chili
Venison Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. beef suet, 2 lb. ground venison, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp. paprika and 2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry suet in heavy kettle.
Add venison.
Cook, stirring, until browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Add enough water to cover.
Cook slowly for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally, adding water as needed for desired consistency.

Freezes well.
