Veggie Tuna Salad
Veggie Tuna Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. firm tofu, thawed, 1 celery stalk, diced, 1 tbsp. minced red onion, 2 tbsp. grated carrot and 1/2 c. eggless mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Squeeze excess moisture out of the thawed tofu and crumble it.
Mix with the vegetables.
Stir together the mayonnaise, tamari, lemon juice and kelp powder in a small bowl.
Add this mixture to the tofu and vegetables and mix well.
