Vegetable Torte
Vegetable Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, 1 lb. zucchini, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook spinach and sliced zucchini in small amount of oil.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and mash.
Stir in all of the other ingredients.
Season to taste.
Spread in an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle top with some additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
