Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 c. diced potatoes, 2 c. each peas & corn and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Lightly brown the ground beef in butter; drain.
In a large pot, add all of the ingredients except tomatoes and rice or noodles and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes are slightly tender. Then add the tomatoes and the rice or noodles and simmer for 30 additional minutes or until the noodles are of desired softness. Remove bay leaf and serve.
