Vegetable Shira-Ae
Vegetable Shira-Ae is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tofu, 2 tbsp. sake, 2 tbsp. soy sauce or miso, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. roasted sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place tofu on paper towel, changing paper towel until most of water has drained out.
Put tofu in bowl and mash with fork or potato masher.
Grind roasted sesame seed and add with rest of ingredients to tofu.
Mix well.
Use as dressing on boiled vegetables.
Serves 4 to 6.
