Vegetable Clam Chowder
Vegetable Clam Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 cans minced clams, 5 cans chopped clams, 8 oz. salt pork, diced and fried, 2 large onions, chopped and 8 potatoes, peeled and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Bring water to boil.
Add juice from strained clams.
Put in vegetables, dry vegetables, butter and salt pork.
