Vegetable Chowder
Vegetable Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 c. diced onion, 2 c. diced potato, 6 c. water and 4 vegetable bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add potato, water, bouillon cubes and salt.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Add celery, carrot, pepper, turnip, parsnip and tomato.
Simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Just before serving, stir in the parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
