Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. zucchini, peeled, chopped, cooked and drained, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix and put in a 2-quart casserole the zucchini, eggs, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, chopped onion and salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese.
Melt margarine and mix with Pepperidge Farm dressing and put on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Good with broccoli or spinach.
