Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french-style green beans, drained, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix beans, corn, celery, green pepper and onion.
Alternate a layer of vegetables with a layer of soup, grated cheese and then sour cream.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Melt margarine and stir in crackers and almonds.
Spread on top of casserole and bake for 10 more minutes.
