Vegetable Beef Soup
Vegetable Beef Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Combine meat, tomato juice, onion, seasonings and water in large kettle.
Cover and simmer 2 hours.
Add vegetables and cook approximately 1 hour.
During the last 15 or 20 minutes of cooking time, chopped cabbage or 1 cup of frozen peas can be added.
