Vegetable Beef Soup
Vegetable Beef Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef cubes, 1 or 2 beef bones, 2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place beef cubes in a kettle and add the beef bones.
Cover with water, add salt and cook about one hour.
Add canned tomatoes, V-8 juice and sugar.
Continue cooking over low or medium heat for 3 to 4 hours; add corn and Veg-All vegetables. Simmer a few more minutes.
