Veal Parmigiana
Veal Parmigiana is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. very thin veal steak, 1 onion, minced, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 6 tbsp. olive oil and 2 1/3 c. tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut veal into serving pieces.
Cook onion and garlic in 3 tablespoons olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and oregano.
Simmer 20 minutes longer.
Combine crumbs and 1/4 cup of grated cheese.
Dip veal into egg, then into crumbs.
Brown in 3 tablespoons olive oil in skillet.
