Veal Parmesan
Veal Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. veal steak (cutlets), 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet.
Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture.
Brown on both sides.
Arrange cutlets in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour Tomato Sauce over cutlets (recipe follows).
