Veal Paprika
Veal Paprika is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. veal steak, cut 1/2-inch thick, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix salt, pepper and flour.
Roll individual servings of veal cutlets in seasoned flour.
Brown in hot oil in skillet rubbed with garlic.
Add 1 cup hot water; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Arrange meat on hot platter.
Into gravy left in pan, stir 1 cup cream.
Heat and pour over noodles.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Makes 6 servings.
