Veal Milanesse is an easy dinner. Made with 4 veal breasts, flour, 2 eggs, beaten, bread crumbs and 1 large can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cover veal with flour; dip in eggs and cover with bread crumbs.
Brown on both sides in oil, about 3 minutes on each side. Place in baking dish and cover all pieces with tomato sauce. Bake at 350° to 375° for 3 minutes or until sauce starts to boil. Makes 4 servings.
