Veal Fiestas
Veal Fiestas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. veal steak, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. shortening and 3 large onions, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut veal into serving pieces; season with salt and pepper. Dredge veal with flour.
Saute on both sides in hot shortening in heatproof casserole; cover with onions, chili sauce and 1 1/2 cups hot water.
Cover.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes longer. Remove veal to hot platter.
Stir macaroni into pan juices; heat through.
Spoon macaroni mixture over veal.
