Veal Creole
Veal Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 chopped onion, salt and pepper, 1/2 c. catsup and 1 chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in skillet and saute green peppers and onion. Brown the veal cutlets which have been dipped in flour and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
When brown, pour over catsup that has been mixed with the warm water.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
