Upper Crust Chicken
Upper Crust Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken, 1 c. celery, 1 c. mayonnaise and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Trim crust from bread; reserve crusts.
Cut bread diagonally into quarters.
Cut crusts into cubes.
Combine bread cubes, chicken, celery and cheese.
Mix well.
Spoon into 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Arrange bread quarters over mixture. Combine mayonnaise, eggs and seasonings.
Mix well.
Add milk. Pour over bread.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
