Unbaked Blueberry Pie
Unbaked Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), 1 1/4 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 4 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook 1/4 cup berries in 1 1/4 cups water.
When cooked, strain berries from water and throw berries away.
Then add 3/4 cup sugar to the water, lemon juice and salt.
Mix cornstarch with 4 tablespoons water and thicken.
When cool, add the 3 1/4 cups of berries to the thickening.
Put in baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
